How does the subscription model work?
With the revoltab room fragrance subscription, you not only receive your favorite fragrance regularly, but also a clever system tailored to your actual consumption.
This is how the subscription works in detail:
- Choose your diffuser & room fragrance directly in the revoltab online shop.
- Start with the Essential or All Inclusive subscription – depending on the duration and range of benefits.
- As soon as the fill level of your room fragrance tab falls below 15%, your smart diffuser detects this automatically.
- A new fragrance capsule will be delivered just-in-time, without you having to order it yourself.
- You can flexibly change the fragrance before each delivery.
- The new tab will be conveniently delivered to you by mail.
- The subscription includes a maximum of one room fragrance tablet per month. You can reorder additional capsules at any time if needed.
Where can I get an overview of my subscriptions?
You can easily view your active Revoltab subscriptions at any time via your user account.
- To do this, go to your personal customer account and log in.
- In the dashboard overview, click on the “Subscriptions” section.
- There you will find all information about your active subscriptions, including delivery status and options for tracking your orders.
Can the room fragrance be changed in the subscription?
As soon as your next Revoltab subscription delivery is due, you'll automatically receive a notification via email or push notification 7 days in advance. This gives you plenty of time to make any changes.
How long is the term of a subscription I billing?
Our two subscription models have different minimum terms:
All Inclusive subscription : 12 months term, with monthly billing of CHF 39.–
Essential subscription : 6 months term, with monthly billing of CHF 27.–
Billing is automatically processed via the payment method stored in the customer account. After the minimum term expires, the subscription is automatically renewed and can be terminated with one month's notice.
